Refund Policy

If CalenDeus Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date and you'll get a full refund of the amount you paid, including any VAT. You don't have to give a reason.

The free version of CalenDeus costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

• Email support@calendeus.com, contact us via the support page, or reply to your order email, using the email address you purchased with.
• Include your order email and, if you have it, your licence key or Stripe receipt.

We aim to process refund requests within 24 hours on business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it.

When a refund is issued, the licence key for that order is revoked automatically. Pro features then switch off on the site where it was activated, and it stops receiving Pro updates and support. Your bookings and settings stay in your WordPress database. The free version of CalenDeus keeps working.

After the 30-day period, purchases are generally non-refundable. This does not affect your legal rights. If Pro does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, contact us and we will put it right, which may include a refund.

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download or licence activation begins with your agreement. Our 30-day guarantee goes further: it gives you a no-questions-asked refund for 30 days, whether or not you have downloaded or activated the plugin.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A refund through us is faster, and a chargeback revokes the licence just like a refund does. We may decline refunds where there is a clear pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund abuse. This never limits your statutory rights.
